Step back and look at things from a new perspective


As we prepare to move to the next level of "lockdown" I find myself wondering how leaders of small to medium businesses are thinking.  

 Are they just feeling relieved that they can get back to "normal" or are they taking the opportunity to rethink their "modus operandi"? We don't need to go back to where we were, we really can take the opportunity to think about how we can change for the better the value we deliver to our customers.

Step back and look at things from a new perspective, but also try and see your customer's new perspective! What do we need to do differently to enhance what our customers are having to do differently?
